Thomas L. Posey, CFP, J.D., AAMS
HONORS AND AWARDS
During law school at The University of Texas at Austin,
Posey was Champion of the National Moot Court Competition,
Region 10, in 1991. At that competition he was awarded
the Best Brief Award and the Lewis F. Powell Award
for Excellence in Advocacy. He was the Champion of
the Hutcheson Moot Court Competition in 1990, and
was a member of the UT Law School Board of Advocates
in 1991-92. As a Teaching Quizmaster in 1990-91, he
mentored first-year law students through the difficult
first year of law school and taught them their legal
research course.
